Care Philosophy
Dr. Martelo provides personalized care to all his patients. He does not use physician extenders in his daily practice since cancer care is very complex.This provides for a continuum of care which is optimal for this specialty. He provides the most up-to-date forms of
treatment for his patients. He takes most telephone calls
to talk with his patients. He is available at all times except for vacations.

Dr. Martelo is a triple board certified internist with certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology. He is very experienced in the diagnosis and management of all cancers and hematologic disorders. He practices state of the art cancer medicine at Glens Falls Cancer Center where he provides personalized care to his patients.
